Strategic Intelligence for Decision Makers

Equips leaders with an understanding of strategic intelligence a force multiplier, enabling agencies to do more limited resources by identifying emerging risks, prioritizing objectives, and aligning personnel and resources to have the greatest impact.

Intelligence Cycle in Law Enforcement

Provides an overview of intelligence cycle and how its application to public safety operations strengthens situational awareness, enhances information sharing and improves investigative efforts across multiple agencies. **Meets criteria for Intelligence Pillar for fusion center liaison officer training programs.**

Special Event Threat Monitoring

Provides overview of federal Special Event Assessment Rating (SEAR) process and the role of intelligence in effective planning and operations. Participants will learn how to prepare for high-profile events by establishing threat monitoring processes and communication pathways among stakeholders before an event, as well as early identification of threats and maintaining real-time situational awareness during an event.

1 hour briefing or half-day workshop format.

Critical Thinking

Extended, interactive course designed to strengthen analytical rigor, challenge assumptions, and produce stronger assessments. Participants will learn how to identify and overcome cognitive bias and practice structured analytic techniques for evaluating information.
